Fuel is delivered same-to-same
Wise Cars uses the same-to-same policy. The car must be returned with the same level of fuel as it was received. If you got it with a different level of full, you have to go back to that level, not necessarily fill the tank.
Consult the level recorded in the teaching and feed realistically. Keep the receipt until the return is completed, especially if the indicator takes a few minutes to update.

Prepare the machine for inspection
Before the meeting:
- remove all personal items;
- check the glove box, doors and trunk;
- tightens own cables, supports and accessories;

- check the fuel level;

If the flight is very early or late
Availability for the chosen time and any applicable conditions are shown and confirmed in the booking. Check this information before buying a very tight travel schedule.
It does not assume that a change submitted at the last minute is automatically accepted. Wait for confirmation from the agent for the new time.
You can return the car to another location
If your departure is no longer from Craiova, you can request the return to another Wise Cars location. The service is chargeable and the relocation fee is calculated for the selected route.
The change must be verified and confirmed. Do not drive directly to another location without consent, as agent availability and car logistics must be arranged.
Why we recommend a minimum of 2 hours and 30 minutes
This margin must cover the return of the car and the time the traveler needs for the airport. There may be baggage queues, security checks or other formalities set by the airport and the airline.
Wise Cars can arrange the appointment for the car, but does not control traffic, queues or flight rules. The customer is responsible for arriving early enough for take-off.
