What do you do after you land
You can wait until you get off the plane and collect your luggage before contacting us. When you're ready to meet, let the agent know using the details you received on your booking confirmation.
If we don't hear from you within about 10 minutes of landing, we'll contact you. Make sure that the phone is switched on and that the number entered in the reservation can be used in Romania.

Where do you get the car

What documents are required

For the unrestricted choice of additional protections, the general rule is a minimum of 23 years and at least 3 years of driving license. For drivers under 23 or over 69 there are additional conditions and the deposit cannot be waived. For a driver under 23, the minimum experience accepted is 2 years.
Is credit card mandatory?
Not. You can use debit card or credit card and payment by bank transfer is available according to the booking. Wise Cars does not accept cash.
The deposit is not determined solely by payment method. It depends on the car, the driver profile and the chosen protection. For eligible situations, Premium Plus can have zero deposit.
Check the options shown in the booking and do not assume that a rule read for another company or another country is automatically valid at Wise Cars.
How the teaching proceeds
The agent verifies the original documents, presents the contract and reserved services and inspects the car with you. You will confirm the car's condition, fuel level and information required for use.
Wise Cars uses the same-to-same fuel policy. You receive the car with the existing level on delivery and return it with the same level. If you did not receive a full tank, you are not obliged to return it full.
Before you go, check:
- received model or confirmed similar class;
- external and internal condition;
- fuel level;
- fuel type;
- car documents;
- the date, time and location of the return;
- emergency contact number.
What happens if the flight is delayed
If the flight number is correct, the team can see the delay and adjust their organization. There is no need to notify us of every change posted by the airline.
Contact us if the flight, airport, flight number changes or if you no longer arrive on the scheduled day. These situations cannot be identified just by tracing the original flight.
How to return
The return takes place according to the instructions confirmed for the booking. The agent coordinates the appointment, checks the car and completes the handover process.
If you are going to fly, keep enough margin for airport formalities. Security check duration, queues and airline requirements do not depend on the rental company.
The car can also be returned to another Wise Cars location if the service is selected and confirmed. The system displays the relocation fee corresponding to the route.
