The length of a rental should cover your actual schedule, not just the days you think you'll be driving a lot. Too short a period may result in an extension request with no availability, and too long may include unnecessary days.
Wise Cars has a minimum rental duration configured in the system and calculates the offer based on the dates and times entered.
Rent for a few days
It is suitable for a city break, delegation or a specific need. Choose realistic times and include the time from landing to meeting.
For a short booking, the difference of a few hours can influence the calculated duration. Do not use the flight time as the exact pick-up or return time.
One week
A week offers flexibility for multiple cities and excursions. Choosing the mileage limit and the comfort of the car becomes important.
Calculate the full route. A protection with 100 km/day may be enough urban, and 200 km/day or unlimited may be suitable for a circuit.
One month
For a longer period, carefully check the conditions, maintenance and communication if witnesses or problems arise. It does not assume that the daily rate is simply multiplied by the number of days; the offer is calculated for the entire period.
Tell the team the route and approximate usage. A comfortable and efficient car can count for more than the small price difference.
Renewal is not automatic
If you need additional days, contact Wise Cars before the return time. The car may already be reserved for another customer and the extension must be checked and confirmed.
Don't keep using the car just because the down payment worked out. The contract and period must be updated as instructed.
Period reduction
Notify the team if you return early. How the situation is recalculated or handled depends on the booking; it does not automatically entail the reimbursement of each unused day.
In the EU, car rentals booked online do not automatically benefit from the general 14-day withdrawal period, according to [Your Europe](https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/travel/driving-abroad/car-rental-abroad/index_en.htm). Company and booking conditions are relevant.
Busy periods
In season, festivals and holidays, an extension can be difficult. Book the realistic range from the start. Wise Cars does not normally ask for an advance, except during busy periods, but this does not mean that late cancellations are encouraged.
Protection and storage
Protection applies to the confirmed period. For eligible options, Premium Plus may have zero deposit. Drivers under 23 and over 69 cannot select zero deposit.
Credit card is not required. Debit, credit and bank transfer are accepted; not cash.
Return toin another city
For a long journey, you can return the car to another Wise Cars location. The system displays the relocation fee of the selected route. Include the final location from the start for a fair bid.
EU travel
To exit Romania, request approval at least 5 working days before. Only EU countries are allowed and the power of attorney costs €75 and includes the related formalities.
Choose the period with a reasonable margin
Don't add days for no reason, but don't compress the schedule impossibly, either. Check flights, route and return, then insert actual period. Compare fleet and read about change booking.
