Car availability, period, location, selected protection, deposit and final price are manually checked by the Wise Cars team before confirmation.
We review the request and can confirm the selected car, a similar car or a better alternative. We do not confirm a lower category without your agreement.
Model, colour, engine or specific equipment may vary. If the exact model cannot be assigned, Wise Cars may offer a similar or higher model.
The website form creates a booking request. It becomes a confirmed booking only after manual availability checks and written confirmation from Wise Cars.
If the selected car is not available, Wise Cars may suggest a similar car, a higher category or another suitable solution. The customer may accept or refuse the alternative.
For Standard, Premium and Premium Plus packages, the minimum age is normally 23 and the driving licence must be valid for at least 3 years, unless different conditions are clearly communicated.
We may request an ID or passport, a valid driving licence, contact details, flight information and, where necessary, additional documents. Wise Cars may refuse delivery if documents are invalid or do not match the booking details.
At airport locations, Wise Cars may operate with an assisted shuttle system. Airport pickup means that our team organizes pickup from the airport area and transfer to our nearby parking point.
Payment is usually made at vehicle handover. The deposit depends on car, protection, customer profile and confirmed conditions. The final price shown in confirmation is the price Wise Cars assumes for that booking.
Protection packages are Wise Cars commercial benefits and not separate insurance policies. Each package may have different deposit, included kilometres, damage coverage and services.
Included kilometres are calculated according to the selected protection, number of days and active rules. If a limit applies, extra kilometres are charged at the confirmed price per kilometre.
Booking change requests are reviewed manually. Changing period, location, car, protection or services may change the price, deposit and commercial conditions.
