On a business trip, the car should support the agenda, not become yet another coordinate point. Flights, meetings and traffic in Bucharest require realistic times and a verified reservation before arrival.

Build the reservation by agenda
Note:
- the flight landing at Otopeni;
- the time of the first meeting;
- approximate addresses;
- the number of colleagues;
- luggage;
- time and city of return.
Don't schedule an appointment right after landing. Drop-off, baggage, car pick-up and traffic may vary.
The right car for Bucharest
A compact car is easy to park and enough for one or two people. If you are transporting colleagues, samples or luggage, a station wagon or a more spacious class may be more suitable.
Automatic transmission can reduce the effort in traffic. Compares availability and cost for the actual period, does not assume that every model in the fleet is free.
Total price and clear documents
The rate should be considered together with protection, storage, mileage and service. Wise Cars checks the request before confirmation and does not turn the form submission into an automatic approval.
Get your driving license and ID card or passport ready. Documents are requested in advance for verification and must be presented in original upon collection.
Payment without credit card required
You can pay by debit card, credit card or bank transfer. Cash is not accepted and credit card is not required.
If the company will make the payment, clarify the person driving, the billing dates and the transfer term before the meeting. Paying a company does not automatically authorize any employee to drive.
Two colleagues behind the wheel
Any driver must be declared. Premium Plus includes an additional driver for free; for the other protections, this is for a fee. Both drivers must meet age and license requirements.
For a long program, alternating can reduce fatigue. Authorize the person in the booking stage.
Kilometers for meetings outside the city
If the agenda includes Ploiesti, Brașov or other destinations, calculate the complete route. Protections can include 100km/day, 200km/day or unlimited kilometres.
An inexpensive urban option may become unsuitable if the program expands. Includes a margin for detours and local travel.
Return to another location
If the delegation ends in Cluj, Timișoara, Sibiu or Craiova, you can request the return to another Wise Cars location. The system displays the relocation fee of the selected route, and the servicemust be confirmed.
Compare the fee with the return time to Bucharest and any additional costs.
Travel to other EU countries
For an external trip, notify Wise Cars at least 5 working days in advance. Only EU member states are allowed, with approval and power of attorney. The fee is EUR 75 and includes the related formalities.
Drivers and itinerary must be declared. Don't set off for the border just on the basis of the fact that the car has Romanian documents.
Return before flight
Wise Cars recommends a minimum of two hours and 30 minutes before departure for return coordination and airport formalities. Traffic, security and baggage are not controlled by the rental company and the margin remains the responsibility of the traveler.
Confirm the time with the agent, return the same-to-same fuel and remove all service documents from the car.
